STEM4girls, is a translucent learning and development program for women and girls in STEM education and related technologies, which encompass curriculum based learnings and teachings for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths for girls and women targeting to lead and grow in the respective domain. The strength of women working in the STEM is gradually decreasing and by providing guidance with the help of real entrepreneurs and researchers, we can leverage the talent to improve resourcefulness of each woman in the society. Education and learning are the part of skills and trainings, which are required to be implemented concurrently, and few institutes are still lacking with the concept of experiments and fabrication of tools, which can enhance the cognitive and linguistic learning patterns among the students. We invite all the women geeks with professional interests or to support their existing business with a solid base for the innovative, strategic and determined approach to utilize and map their knowledge pool with current industrial requirements.
STEM4girls will be operating and functioning for women individuals in STEM to represent themselves as a business entrepreneur or to highlight their significant roles globally. We empower women to come out of any shell blocking their abilities to be known worldwide. The females are required to be technically sound to lead this digital world of networking and communication. We are looking for tech geeks to come and display their professional aspirations in the programs and workshops, arranged to assist with mentors and volunteers globally with the expertise in their subject matters and experience.
Our Targets

- Our volunteers will be helping you, to identify and align your skills with exact roles and responsibilities in the industry.
Tech geeks will have to perform the following for their initial engagement with STEM4girls:
- Interact with your volunteer as suggested in the weekly plans.
- To record and maintain logs of your sessions with the volunteer.
- Share your feedbacks with specific communities of your skill set in STEM.
- Helping women to come back on track with their career.
- Attend the online workshops or preferred events of your STEM zone.
- To have a session with your volunteer with a live working scenario.
- Every young tech geek will have an opportunity to meet volunteers, who will take you to industrial events and help you complete your career achievement activities.

Aarushi Bhatnagar
The idea for this program stuck her mind when she noticed that there were not too many girls in middle schools of India opted for Science, Maths and Engineering streams. Most of them leave these subjects in high school. In fact, if you analyze the participants of a competition in Maths or Science in states like Haryana, Utter Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi and look up at the winners (generally the people who care about this the most), there will be one or two feminine up there. Most of the attenders or participants happen to be males. With the increasing difficulty levels of these contests, the number of females goes down still. In order to combat this situation, Aarushi decided to form STEM4girls to inculcate and direct interest in girls for STEM by providing resources and connecting local mentors to school.
