What we do

STEM4girls envision each woman geek as a professionally confident entrepreneur for her social, cultural and ethical development with community of like-minded people and subordinates. The aim is to provide a green environment of living with purpose, thought and value based systems of curriculum-based education to mentor a tech geek and make society aware that these are the proud of culture, heritage and the symbol of dignity to take utmost care by the communities and the volunteers.

Our circle of volunteers, extended around the globe deals majorly in North and central India covering NCR and mid India zones. This revolutionary change will improve the livelihoods of each single volunteer by including them in a cause with purpose and to give them an opportunity to share their values equally with the tech geeks and so as with the complete community.

Learning through information exchange and presentations for all the topics of curriculum will help students in selecting STEM as one of the main functional area of their career, this will deliberately reduce the chaos, and pressure built in students with respect to complexity of subjects, their real life explanations and the flexibility to experiment at each phase of STEM. Science is to explore the vision of students and technology and other mathematical concept are the tools of mental practices to sharpen the tools and explore in the world of engineering.

Conceptual and industrial research

Stretching out the analytical mind in each tech geek and making their concepts clear with gender equality in training institutes or at the workplace is our aim. Together we can reduce this gap of feminine and masculine efforts of resources and taking out the women leadership on the virtual industrial surface and to provide a flexible ground of experimentation and learning for women in STEM.

Volunteer programs

Our volunteer programs are industry specific and will shape the career path of numerous college women to be future entrepreneur. STEM4girl affiliated members will be given priority in the partnered streams.

Conferences and workshops for college women leaders.

Tech geek’s conferences and workshops will be organized by the college campus volunteers to call for enthusiastic entrepreneurs to join the training sessions for each STEM zone and related curriculum.

Campus Active projects

These will be on-going projects under research and development in campus, which will be utilized as functional embodiments for women entrepreneurship and establishing a solid foundation for each tech geek and in their career growth.

Tech geek advisory council

The top leaders with expertise will be the members of advisory council to articulate the women issues for their educational bondages and gender equity.

Vote her

Vote her is a one-day training with campus administrators, students and STEM4girls members in collaboration with other staff members and officials. Vote her identified the feminine efforts, scrutinize women issues, and demolish the long preserved politically phrased gender gap. Participants practice hands on learning skills and shared the knowledge with innovative speakers and volunteers to discuss research on women leadership in STEM.

Tech geek organization

Any woman anguished for gender gap with promotion, salary increment or any mental or physical assault in the campus will be taken care by this organization. To remove the barrier in leadership roles in campus or beyond, Tech geek organization will stand in your fight for any social injustice issue that had an impact on you or in campus sphere.STEM4girls is committed to resolve and help you with all effective care for individual health and moral support. STEM4girls research identify the social and environmental causes that pull females out of the STEM and offer a schematic curriculum based approach of learning and experimentation throughout the foundations, communities and societies.

Structural CTC desk

We have planned and organized workshops for salary negotiations irrespective of gender or color ethnicity. We facilitate women to ask and negotiate their packages based on their expertise in the skills and confidence of their personality to move mountains. By learning and effectively applying the strategies, the tech geeks will gain valuable insights, which they can leverage throughout their next negotiations. Our programs will utilize recent research and negotiations best practices to help women identify the complexities of job offers and promotional opportunities.

Women will analyze the quality of their work with quantitatively fair amount and to set healthy benchmarks for future salary and promotional increment. In addition, with fair amount of packages they can easily survive and pay for other expenses of growth and save for their retirement, which will definitely have an impact on future generations and societies.

Membership in STEM Zone

Volunteers with expertise in their skills will lead the workshops and put their emphasis more on the female groups and communities, which are liable for woman’s growth and development in STEM and related industries.
