With the support of all volunteers, we will be organizing the conferences and workshops with reference to the different zones of STEM education, experimentation and outdoor activities. The participants are requested to take part in camp activities with full enthusiasm and willingness to learn and present their skills in front of authorities and volunteers.

Gathering of applications from volunteers

In this phase of stem4girls initiatives, we will be calling few highly talented tech geeks to present themselves with their essays on their academic, extracurricular activities and other relevant experiences, which might had an impact on their lives and empowered their growth and ability of decision making in life circumstances. This will be including the family, community, cultural and behavioral mechanisms that supported the individual in shaping their exteriors with passion of integrity, and courage.

STEM CAMP

STEM camps are practical workshops for the specific fields or subject to pertain with entrepreneurship and technological and professional skills required to accomplish the project. All the female leaders, designers, scientist and volunteers come together to work in collaboration and to mingle with on-going technical projects. This information exchange program allow the tech geeks to analyze new start-up organizations on the globe and is a unique opportunity to meet with like-minded women tech geeks from different places around the world and in making interconnected links and connections to keep updated with technologies, social developments, and new industrial requirements. STEM communities will play a major role in the camps, as they will be the representatives of core groups of STEM and represent each Science, Technology, Engineering and Math zone. Mentors will be focusing on the engagement, education and empowerment of women tech leaders in technological and industrial enhancements. These techies will be targeting next generations as well and will take an approach of multiple interactions through workshops and sessions to groom and buffer the knowledge expertise among the tech geeks. Multiple resources accessing the online sessions will have the benefit of learning in cooperation and at different geographies, which will explore the depth of their thoughts to reach globally and to discuss the viewpoints under one STEM zone. Volunteers will discriminate the tech geeks each for the specific STEM zone and make them familiar with their zone curriculum and the formalities associated with the complete program. Tech geeks will be provided with all the FAQs and query session with their zone volunteers to get the core and complete details of program associated with STEM zones.

All at your smart phones, we will be having STEM4girls app to access and login into your account to be updated with programs and activities in your campus and your STEM zone. Tech geeks can access their course curriculum details online on the way and anywhere, at any time. These small apps will help in tracking your schedule with your volunteers and to manage the time efficiently at all levels of the program.
